Live Support
Our live support team is dedicated to helping the service providers with any questions and issues while they are on a job, as well as all clients using our app to get things done. You can access live support by clicking on the support tab in the Anvex app for clients or service providers.
The operational areas include zones 1-3 from West to Central London only. Whenever you are in this area you can accept On-Demand Jobs. You can accept Scheduled Jobs when you are not in this area but all scheduled jobs will be within this radius.
We are expecting to be available across all London zones in the near future.
To work with Anvex with a car or motorized vehicle, you will need 'Hire & Reward' and 'Social, Domestic & Pleasure'.
Hire & Reward (H&R)
This insurance allows you to legally deliver anyone else's goods to people in exchange for payment. You will need to have:
Social, Domestic & Pleasure (SD&P)
This is standard insurance that you should have on any motorized vehicle that will cover everyday use!
All service providers must maintain social distancing in the workplace, especially when visiting clients’ homes in order to keep everyone safe. The required compliance with UK regulation and safety measures will apply at all times for all service providers. This includes sanitizing, covering the face, avoiding to share items and avoiding contact if possible by staying at a safe distance.
